About the role
- Conducting KYC and due diligence reviews
- Transaction monitoring including sanctions and embargo checks
- Operational compliance checks in a regulatory environment
- Regulatory monitoring and analysis of regulatory/supervisory changes
- Conducting and documenting risk assessments
- Contributing to the implementation of regulatory requirements in client projects
- Supporting reviews, audits and internal control processes
Requirements
- Initial to several years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory matters, or financial services
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, e.g., EBA guidelines, BaFin notices, MaRisk, DORA, ESMA guidelines, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Economics, Law, Finance, or equivalent)
- Structured, meticulous and analytical way of working
- Interest in regulatory topics and practical implementation
- Team player with a professional and reliable demeanor
