About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing and implementing the company’s digital transformation strategy.
- Ensure the effective use of digital technologies to improve the customer experience.
- Leverage digital tools and methodologies.
- Implement new digital products and services.
- Define and manage KPIs to measure success and progress.
- Act as the technical authority for complex hardware, software, and integration challenges.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or innovation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies and platforms.
- Proven track record in private equity–backed or high-growth companies.
- Demonstrated experience in value analysis and value optimization.
- Experience supporting M&A transactions and post-merger integration.
