Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Dairy industry or animal production
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of the dairy sector
