About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial, public, and infrastructure lighting projects across QLD
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and project handover
- Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality tailored solutions
- Strengthen relationships with architects, specifiers, engineers, contractors, and councils
- Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Maintain structured CRM records and provide insight into market trends and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently working in the lighting or electrical industry (4+ years preferred)
- Ready to step up into larger, more strategic project work
- Confident meeting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to understand drawings, technical specs, and project requirements (training provided)
- Strong communicator, relationship builder, and natural presenter
- Driven, ambitious, and keen to grow into a senior role over time
- Full working rights in Australia
