• Serve as the marketing team's project coordinator — maintaining operational schedules, tracking deliverables, and keeping campaigns and initiatives on deadline.
• Maintain a master marketing calendar covering events, campaigns, content launches, and key internal milestones.
• Manage and maintain an inventory of marketing materials; coordinate creation of new materials with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Coordinate tasks outsourced to external vendors — including print production, promotional items, and creative execution — managing timelines, quality, and invoicing.
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day execution: communicating deliverable requirements, tracking progress, and flagging risks to leadership.
• Review campaign and event metrics with the support of marketing operations; support marketing leadership with performance reporting.

• Own end-to-end logistics for Schoox's event participation — including third-party industry conferences, regional roadshows, customer roundtables, and executive experiences.
• Manage all operational details: booth shipping and setup, vendor contracts, attendee registration, hotel room blocks, and on-site logistics.
• Support logistics and planning for the annual Sales Kick-off — managing programming schedules, venue logistics, and budget adherence.
• Provide logistics and communications support for Board of Directors meetings.
• Coordinate Schoox's presence at third-party events: manage booth assets, sponsor deliverables, speaking submissions, and lead capture.
• Manage corporate gifting, event swag, and new hire gifting programs in coordination with HR.
• Ensure event execution is consistent with Schoox brand standards and aligned with GTM objectives.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and BDR teams to ensure execution of pre- and post-event follow-up, ensuring leads are captured and handed off effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on asset and collateral needs for events and campaigns.

• Accounts payable: Manage and process vendor bills, ensure accurate coding and approvals, and issue payments promptly.
• Accounts receivable: Ensure the seamless receipt of payments from customers, allocate funds to corresponding invoices, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Payroll: Prepare semi-monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Credit Card Activity: Monitor adherence to company policies by credit card holders, verify proper coding of transactions for financial statement presentation, and synchronize and reconcile transactions.
• Employee Expense Reports: Ensure employee compliance with company policies, verify proper transaction coding for financial statement presentation, process reimbursement reports, and synchronize and reconcile transactions.

• Execute multi-channel digital and ABM campaigns across paid, email, content syndication, and account-based platforms
• Build and launch programs in Demandbase, Folloze, Salesforce, and other marketing systems in alignment with defined strategy
• Ensure campaigns are properly structured, tracked, and attributed for accurate performance measurement
• Manage campaign setup including audience segmentation, list uploads, routing logic, and QA processes

• Vital to this role is the ability and desire to develop and maintain strong Schoox product expertise and enthusiasm.
• Sr. CSMs use a suite of tools to monitor, analyze, and predict customer engagement and loyalty.
• You will interface with other departments within Schoox to relay customers’ levels of engagement, provide product feedback, provide experience feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Your ability to problem-solve, identify patterns, and skillfully interface with various stakeholders at all levels will allow you to detect any early signals of at-risk customers.
• Through the use of Customer Success-related platforms and data, you will follow playbooks and established processes, adding your personal touch to address issues, and provide an optimal path for escalation.
