About the role
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for the college’s recruitment team and initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment efforts, manage daily operations, and ensure delivery of outreach programs and events.
- Guide and support a team of admissions professionals.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and adjust approaches as necessary.
- Collaborate with academic departments to integrate program strengths into recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Supervision experience.
- Master’s Degree (considered)
- Experience with Slate or other CRM systems (considered)
