Manager – New Business

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help lead team to grow and expand the Book Fair business
- Drive bookings, maximize performance of every fair, and build long-term partnerships
- Lead and coach a team of New Business Consultants responsible for acquiring new schools and districts
- Execute defined new business strategies and reinforce strong sales fundamentals
- Own delivery of team level results by monitoring rep performance and taking corrective action
- Coach, mentor, and develop New Business Consultants
- Support onboarding and ramp execution for newly hired consultants
- Drive consistent CRM and reporting discipline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience leading multi-level sales teams with a focus on new business acquisition
- Strong coaching and leadership development capabilities
- Deep understanding of prospecting, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
- Outstanding communication, influence, and change leadership skills
- Proven ability to build scalable processes while maintaining execution discipline
- Must possess outstanding leadership and management development skills.
