Account Executive

• Maintains complete and accurate documentation in company's CRM module for all activity
• Maintains broad knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products

Customer Success Manager

• Deliver deep analytical insights to support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and leadership questions across Sales and Customer Success.
• Design and maintain periodic reporting covering sales performance, pipeline health, customer success outcomes, renewals, and retention.
• Support predictive analysis for bookings, renewals, expansions, and churn to partner with leadership on scenario‑based planning related to growth, retention improvements, and headcount capacity.
• Distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights through executive summaries, business and strategy review decks, and live discussions.

• The Assistant Category Manager supports the execution and optimization of category strategies by leveraging data, managing key operational processes, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and actionable data, supporting e-commerce readiness, and contributing to special projects that enhance category performance.
• Working closely with the Senior Category Manager or Director, the Assistant Category Manager plays a critical role in translating strategic direction into execution, ensuring alignment across merchandising, marketing, and supply chain functions.
• Manage and maintain category data integrity across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates, including item descriptions, images, online search keywords, supplemental data, and starred reviews.
• Monitor category performance and prepare regular reporting and insights for leadership review.
• Analyze sales, margin, and market data—including Scholastic Dollars performance, publishing industry trends, and children’s market insights—to support category strategy development and identify opportunities for growth.
• Execute category strategies as directed by the Senior Category Manager or Director, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, inventory planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of category initiatives.

Assistant Category Manager – Scholastic Dollars Program

• Participate in weekly calls for SFDC and Natterbox platform
• Manage uploads and data import in Salesforce using Data Loader application
• Partner with Sales Technology Product Manager to document training opportunities
• Manage reporting and data needs for Salesforce and our enablement platforms
• Partner with Marketing Team to provide targeted email lists for prospecting
• Support Director of Sales and Success Strategy Performance and Technology in being a thought leader

Sales Operations Support Specialist

• Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Customer Success team, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and align with overall business objectives
• Maintain accurate payroll records, process PTO and time‑off requests, manage team calendars, document meeting notes, and complete all necessary follow‑up actions in a timely and organized manner
• Responsible for report knowledge and generation to support the managers and team
• Assist managers with tracking activities, including Salesforce documentation
• Administer payroll needs including PTO calendar/forms, weekly schedules and time adjustments
• Order and distribute office and technology supplies as needed for the Customer Success team; including new hires
