• Assist in the production of book fairs, by packing metal cases, boxes, and displays with book and non-book product, according to corporate process and procedure and meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components and sub-components for all cases, boxes, and displays.
• Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed.
• Ensure condition of all outbound cases, boxes, and displays are clean, safe, and in good condition.
• Assist in the processing of returned book fairs, by unpacking metal cases, boxes, and displays with book and non-book product, according to corporate process and procedure and meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels on applicable component product lines to ensure book fairs can be properly packed.
• Learn and demonstrate basic scanner proficiency, i.e. item inquiries and requesting replenishment of Pick locations.
• Assist in the picking and packing of customer reorders.
• Ensure that your work area is neat, clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Individually, and in partnership with other co-workers, perform seasonal inventory production-line resets.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all Fair Finishing and Assembly functions, including the Quality Assurance scanning functions.
• Participate and assist in Physical Inventory functions, including the counting of inventory.
• Participate and assist in conducting Customer Appreciation Warehouse Sale Events.
• Responsible for the careful handling of all merchandise at all times.
• Ensure that all warehouse equipment and tools are properly utilized to increase productivity, efficiency, and safety; report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or injury (to self or co-worker) to your supervisor or manager immediately.
• Utilize proper techniques for lifting, packing, and handling heavy objects, climbing ladders and pushing/pulling display cases.
• Accurately and timely complete Labor Data Collection Cards to according to company standards.
• May operate motorized pallet jacks upon successful completion of the SBF power equipment training program.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality as required by assigned work schedule and within company standards.
• Maintain a courteous and positive relationship with all co-workers and customers.
• Drug and alcohol free policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Worker, Part Time Seasonal

• Assist with new-hire orientation and train associates on all Product Coordinator – Level I, II, and III functions.
• Under the supervision of a warehouse supervisor or branch manager, direct a small team of associates in one or more functional areas of the facility, i.e., Case Production, Table Production, UPS, Fair Finishing, 2nd shift, etc.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor to train, coach, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team.
• Serve as designated branch trainer, for all new processes, procedures, etc.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in planning and presenting branch or departmental daily start-up meetings.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Labor Data Collection and assist the warehouse supervisor to ensure associate Labor Data Cards are completed timely and accurately.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in planning and coordination daily Wave production planning.
• Lead Special Projects as needed.
• Support the branch team by driving continuous process improvement for all warehouse functions.
• Perform basic supervisory tasks (excluding formal performance management) in the temporary absence of the warehouse supervisor.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment and notify the warehouse supervisor or branch manager when supplies are low or reorders are necessary.

Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift

Operator

• Operate battery-operated and/or gas-powered equipment, (other than motorized pallet jacks), for the purpose of transporting product to and from inventory storage locations within the facility
• Must follow all power equipment rules and regulations, including any regulatory agency policies, to include OSHA
• Must use all personal protective safety equipment, including lanyards and harnesses to be worn at all times when operation order/stock pickers
• Demonstrate the ability to perform all scanner functions necessary for the position, including cycle-counts, replenishment, item inquiry, inventory put away, etc.
• Ensure all product is stacked neatly and safely when moved via power equipment and when stored in rack or staging locations
• Maintain accuracy of all inventory movement at all times
• Inspect and perform or assist in equipment maintenance as required; report any unsafe conditions to management
• Responsible for the careful handling of all merchandise, avoiding damage, bending or tearing
• Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed

Lift Operator – Cherry Picker, Stand Up Forklift

• Operate battery-operated and/or gas-powered equipment for transporting product.
• Follow all power equipment rules and regulations.
• Use personal protective safety equipment at all times.
• Demonstrate scanner functions necessary for the position.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory movement.
• Inspect and perform equipment maintenance as required.
• Participate in Physical Inventory and Customer Appreciation Warehouse Sale events.

Account Executive

• Serves as the Lead for all identified districts
• Develops intimate relationships with all stakeholders throughout the accounts
• Meets with customers to discuss areas of concern and gaps
