About the role
- Analyze customer requirements from RFQs, tenders, and operational inquiries to develop tailored logistics solutions
- Design and model logistics processes including labor planning, workflows, and operational layouts
- Perform cost calculations, including labor, equipment, and operational expenses, to support pricing strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tender Management, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Develop and deliver presentations for internal leadership and customer-facing discussions
- Support proposal development, including technical documentation and solution narratives
- Utilize tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and SharePoint to manage data, costing, and documentation
- Contribute to the implementation and startup of newly awarded logistics projects
- Identify opportunities for standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all solution designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Early career to mid-level experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational planning environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Visio
- High analytical capability with strong numerical reasoning and cost modeling aptitude
- Understanding of logistics operations such as warehousing, sequencing, plant supply, or material flow
- Exposure to process design methodologies such as MTM or similar industrial engineering principles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present concepts clearly to stakeholders
