About the role
- Telephone contact with our existing customers regarding all seminar and consulting offerings
- Acquisition of speaking engagements with (existing and new) partner organizations
- Intensive use of the CRM system for your acquisition projects
Requirements
- Experience as a customer account manager or in customer support
- Enjoy working in a service- and customer-oriented role and like being responsible for your accounts
- Proficient in German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Good knowledge of common CRM systems
- Commitment, determination, reliability and assertiveness
