About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to the Compliance department, ensuring proper execution of routines and controls of the Integrity Program.
  • Conduct third‑party due diligence (suppliers, partners and customers), including document review and evidence tracking.
  • Assist in the execution of internal audits, organize information, and monitor corrective actions and records.
  • Contribute to updating and reviewing internal policies, codes of conduct and Compliance procedures.
  • Draft and support the dissemination of Compliance bulletins, internal communications and awareness materials.
  • Prepare, organize and maintain up‑to‑date Compliance department documents, reports and controls.
  • Manage forms, records and departmental databases.
  • Review documents from a legal and regulatory compliance perspective.
  • Provide support for other departmental activities as required by priorities and demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (completed).
  • Basic knowledge of Compliance, corporate ethics and applicable legislation (e.g., Anti‑Corruption Law – Law No. 12,846/2013).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage information and documents.
