About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to the Compliance department, ensuring proper execution of routines and controls of the Integrity Program.
Conduct third‑party due diligence (suppliers, partners and customers), including document review and evidence tracking.
Assist in the execution of internal audits, organize information, and monitor corrective actions and records.
Contribute to updating and reviewing internal policies, codes of conduct and Compliance procedures.
Draft and support the dissemination of Compliance bulletins, internal communications and awareness materials.
Prepare, organize and maintain up‑to‑date Compliance department documents, reports and controls.
Manage forms, records and departmental databases.
Review documents from a legal and regulatory compliance perspective.
Provide support for other departmental activities as required by priorities and demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law (completed).
Basic knowledge of Compliance, corporate ethics and applicable legislation (e.g., Anti‑Corruption Law – Law No. 12,846/2013).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage information and documents.
