About the role

  • Plan, coordinate and follow up on engineering projects from concept through delivery.
  • Prepare, monitor and revise schedules, ensuring established milestones are met.
  • Perform cost analysis and control, proposing adjustments when necessary to maintain the planned budget.
  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations.
  • Manage internal and external teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes development and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, legal requirements and corporate policies.
  • Lead technical alignment and status update meetings.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  • Develop, review and continuously improve processes and workflows related to project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Production or related) and/or Business Administration.
  • Solid experience coordinating engineering projects.
  • Strong command of cost management, schedule preparation and tracking, and scope control.
  • Solid knowledge of process management and project methodologies (PMI, Lean, etc.).
  • Knowledge in electrical systems (differential/plus).
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
