About the role

  • Responsibility for the reliable operation of our medical software solutions (including SEMA, LFX, DARWIN)
  • Planning, implementation and management of software installation projects
  • Setup and maintenance of interfaces to practice and clinical systems (HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML) – especially via MIRTH
  • 2nd-level support for internal teams and customers
  • Testing, documenting and rolling out software updates
  • Ensuring system documentation, standards and guidelines
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Support, Product Management and customers
  • Active contribution to the design and optimization of processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Completed training/degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics or a related field
  • Several years of experience in application operations / software environments, ideally in the medical sector
  • Good knowledge of HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML; MIRTH is an advantage
  • Strong skills working in Windows environments
  • Excellent German and English (written and spoken); written French is an advantage
  • Structured, independent working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, communicative and a team player
