Contribute to and evolve our design system for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

Resident in the United Kingdom
3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
High proficiency in Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX flows, and visual design skills
Experience working on SaaS or enterprise products (insurance or fintech is a bonus)
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Comfortable switching between big-picture product strategy and pixel-level detail
Strong communication skills—you can explain your decisions clearly and collaborate across teams.
