About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in developmental projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes
  • Support recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skill development, and administrative training functions
  • Create machine videos and production guides
  • Ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with instructional standards
  • Complete assigned tasks independently while following instruction
  • Learn and follow Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to quality objectives
  • Support development of learning materials and projects
  • Research, evaluate, and test new learning tools and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Assertive approach to solving problems
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
