About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in developmental projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes
- Support recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skill development, and administrative training functions
- Create machine videos and production guides
- Ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with instructional standards
- Complete assigned tasks independently while following instruction
- Learn and follow Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to quality objectives
- Support development of learning materials and projects
- Research, evaluate, and test new learning tools and technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Assertive approach to solving problems
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
