About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set up and program operating machines, including accuracy and effectiveness checks in first test sequences
  • Oversee machine ramp-up after setup and support Operators in operating machines
  • Support maintenance with machine repair, downtime prevention, and inspections
  • Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking
  • Check finished products/product components and submit them for approval
  • Follow safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English
  • Ability to operate medium-complex machinery for inspection
  • Good visual acuity
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
  • Minimum of two (2) years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience working with power tools preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred
