About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up and program operating machines, including accuracy and effectiveness checks in first test sequences
Oversee machine ramp-up after setup and support Operators in machine operation
Support maintenance with machine repair, downtime prevention, and inspections
Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking
Check finished products/product components and submit them for approval
Follow safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE at all times

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English
Ability to operate medium-complex machinery for inspection
Good visual acuity
Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred: minimum of two years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
Preferred: experience working with power tools
Preferred: ability to read blueprints
