About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation
  • Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers
  • Deliver raw materials and goods to designated location in the plants
  • Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports
  • Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc.
  • Track and overview products and transports in the IT system
  • Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills
  • Good visual acuity
  • Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with IT & SAP systems
  • Ability to operate transportation machinery
