About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a structured apprenticeship program combining classroom and on-the-job training
Assist with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and automated manufacturing equipment
Learn electrical theory, industrial controls, motors, sensors, PLCs, and preventive maintenance practices
Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow established safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and continuous development

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude with an interest in industrial maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic, curiosity, and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Enrollment in and successful completion of an approved electrical maintenance or industrial electrical technology program through a partner institution (such as Lincoln Technical Institute or Porter and Chester Institute) is a condition of employment
External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore a 'US Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. 'US Person' includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
