About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Manager and carry out cross-functional activities for supply chain management
- Ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement within the supply chain
- Conduct SCM related research and analyses
- Identify optimization areas for processes and systems
- Carry out accountabilities assigned to meet targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline

Requirements
What you’ll need- Supply Chain & Customer Support Experience
- Experience in supply chain management for tangible goods
- Experience handling domestic clients
- Experience in order-received/order-placed operations using ERP systems such as SAP
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate level (Target: TOEIC 700+)
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Self-management skills and the ability to take ownership to solve problems
