About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute incoming inspections for parts and/or raw material, according to given standards and procedures
- Perform prescribed check routines for different deliveries, products and services
- Release deliveries, products and services which meet defined expectations
- Document inspection results and findings in the respective IT systems
- Prepare and pack parts or products for internal or outward shipping
- Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE at all times
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills
- Basic knowledge of statistic and calculations preferred
- Good visual acuity
- Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- First experience working with IT & SAP systems
- Ability to read blueprints
