About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes.
  • Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields.
  • Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects.
  • Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and various business support functions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes and production-related topics
  • Strong analytical and structured working style
  • Confident, cooperative and solution-oriented approach
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standards
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical engineering principles (Preferred)
  • Experience in functional and cross-functional teams (Preferred)
