About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administrate and maintain the Icertis CLM platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Configure system settings and workflows according to business needs.
Build and maintain contract templates, rules and clause libraries.
Design, implementation, further development and global rollout as well as IT Operations of the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM)
Provide training and technical support to users of the Icertis platform, addressing any issues and enhancing user experience.
Support the migration of legacy contracts to the CLM system.
Maintain data integrity within the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate regular reports and insights on contract statuses, compliance metrics, and risk assessments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (Required).
Experience as functional consultant for Icertis contract management system for more than 3 years.
Several years of experience in design, implementation, rollout and operation of IT systems as well as in project management
Proficiency with Icertis SaaS platform, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
Understanding system integration methods and data management.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
