Material Handler III – 3rd Shift
SchaefflerMaterial Handler III responsible for executing loading and unloading of goods and managing documentation. Delivering raw materials and managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute loading and unloading of goods and manage the respective documentation
- Prepare deliveries of products and tours for drivers
- Deliver raw materials and goods to designated location in the plants
- Deconsolidate, re-pack, store, retrieve and execute internal transports
- Pick, pack and label different goods e.g. raw material, components, semi-finished-products, finished products, trading goods etc.
- Track and overview products and transports in the IT system
- Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic computer knowledge and MS office skills
- Good visual acuity
- Ability to regularly lift heavy objects if required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
