About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational maintenance for tools assigned, used in the production
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on tools and tool related equipment
Assemble and disassemble tools and tool components according to technical drawings and specifications
Inspect tools for wear and damage, and perform quality control checks
Maintain maintenance and repair logs
Document completed work thoroughly

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school Diploma or Equivalent
Technical degree/certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tool & Die, Machining, or related field is desirable
3+ years' experience building tooling
3+ years' experience in grinding machines
Knowledge and experience about transfer and progressive presses
Utilize instruments for measuring
Experience in reading instructions and writing clear communication
Good visual acuity
