About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive sales orders from JOEM customers
- Instruct and/or monitor JIP delivery of warehouse subcontractors and confirm and/or verify against sales data
- Input and update data in the system related to sales inventory
- Process customer portal transactions
- Ensure accuracy of finance and cost data related to customer sales orders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Commercial education, e.g. apprenticeship as an industrial or logistics administrator, forwarding merchant, or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field or specialization
- Work experience: First hand experience in Supply Chain Management or within the domain of demand/order management
- Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain/logistics background is preferred- Proficiency in SAP is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with databases(e.g. Access, SQL) is advantageous
- Excellent command of English
- Specific Language Requirement: Proficiency in Japanese, including reading, writing and speaking, alongside fluent English proficiency within a business context.
