About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive sales orders from JOEM customers
  • Instruct and/or monitor JIP delivery of warehouse subcontractors and confirm and/or verify against sales data
  • Input and update data in the system related to sales inventory
  • Process customer portal transactions
  • Ensure accuracy of finance and cost data related to customer sales orders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Commercial education, e.g. apprenticeship as an industrial or logistics administrator, forwarding merchant, or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field or specialization
  • Work experience: First hand experience in Supply Chain Management or within the domain of demand/order management
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain/logistics background is preferred- Proficiency in SAP is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with databases(e.g. Access, SQL) is advantageous
  • Excellent command of English
  • Specific Language Requirement: Proficiency in Japanese, including reading, writing and speaking, alongside fluent English proficiency within a business context.
