About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (Creo Parametric and KBE configuration)
  • Assist in turning ideas or concepts into working product designs
  • Create drawings, specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and reports
  • Help run basic tests, analyze results, and make design improvements
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility
  • Identify and fix problems during design or production stages
  • Ensure designs meet company, safety, and industry standards
  • Assist factory team in resolving design-related issues during manufacturing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Basic understanding of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.)
  • Ability to read and create engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with tolerance, GD&T (basic level)
  • Basic use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good at English
