About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review current warehouse processes and support the identification of improvement opportunities
- Conduct time studies and help develop more efficient changeover/setup standard times
- Review packaging solutions and propose improvements, including potential cost-saving opportunities
- Support supply chain projects, such as researching and justifying new returnable packaging solutions
- Assist with supply chain activities, including materials ordering, production planning, and execution support within the warehouse
- Participate in general operational and improvement projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree required, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, with interest in logistics and packaging
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of work study methods (REFA/STC)
- Adaptable, proactive, and a team player
- Able to foster collaboration and deliver results
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong skills in statistical processing and data presentation
