About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization, at all stages of the order attainment and fulfillment process
- Implement and align the service standards agreed (concerning e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.)
- Develop and implement internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with involved departments to realize corrective actions
- Identify optimization areas, and implement respective projects, potentially involving stakeholders from sales, logistics and supplier
- Provide advice to accountable stakeholder in the sales organization or with the supplier organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience
