Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the overall technical realization with AI for different applications.
Utilize AI to empower the technology and product development in R&D area.
Define technical implementation roadmap with foresight and technical feasibility.
From technical side lead and participate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of AI projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous optimization.
Resolve technical challenges in projects and provide technical guidance and advice to project team.
Continuously optimize the development process throughout project execution.
Track the latest trends of AI technologies, explore and identify synergies between AI and R&D, and drive the applications of cutting-edge technologies to foster innovation.
Act as the technical interface for efficient communication and cooperation with HQ and internal teams, and also with suppliers, and partners.
Work with the corresponding teams at headquarters to align on technical progress and global / regional solutions.

What you’ll need

Educational Background: AI, Computer science, Data science, or related fields.
Work Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience in AI field, with at least 2 years of experience in AI application, large model application projects.
Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of AI / large model principles, proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (such as TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Familiarity with key technologies such as NLP, Model Optimization, RAG, Agents, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent Python programming skills with strong software design and development capabilities.
- Familiarity with mainstream data architectures, IT technology architectures and cloud services.
Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to effectively address technical and business challenges.
Research Ability: Ability to drive technological innovation and cutting-edge research, promoting technical advancement and application in AI within the team.
Others: Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
