About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Candidate must have good experience of working in 2/3-wheeler independent aftermarket business of a reputed company
  • Starting the business of two wheeler independent aftermarket and establishing the same
  • Responsible for the customer appointments and interaction
  • Raising new customer request, ensuring right documentation
  • Market data understanding and benchmarking with competition
  • Ensuring the secondary sales generation, thereby reach out to various sales points as per Retailers / bike points / Service centers
  • Carrying out the promotional activities such as van campaigns, retailers meet etc
  • Adhere to the guidelines of the company and ensuring uniform distribution of sales
  • Controlling the receivables, follow the marketing policy
  • Appointment of field staff (MSRs) & ensure distribution of areas & work as per potential of market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate from Any stream / Engineering and MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred
  • Experience of 5 to 7 years in sales (Only in 2/3-wheeler Aftermarket)
