About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Content and Journey Management: plan, execute and monitor digital campaigns, social media and website initiatives with a clear focus on relationship building and engagement.
  • Define content strategy aligned with the customer journey, ensuring the relevance of messages for the Americas region (brand promotion, events, product launches, and other strategic topics).
  • Operation and Technical Configuration: design and implement automated relationship journeys, including adapting content for different channels.
  • Execute campaign sends through platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Sprinkler, ensuring communication consistency.
  • Efficiency and Growth: drive growth and efficiency of our digital journeys across the Americas by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce operational effort and accelerate time-to-market for regional activities.
  • Performance and Data Analysis: optimize the performance of digital campaigns through continuous monitoring of indicators (KPIs) and development of dashboards, ensuring the effectiveness of the user journey and turning data into insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related fields
  • Experience with Content Strategy and Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Salesforce, RD, etc.)
  • Experience or affinity with the B2B or automotive market is desirable
  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • Spanish desirable
  • LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language) desirable
