About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and grow strategic OEM accounts in target industries
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales strategies to meet revenue and margin objectives
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with OEM customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy
  • Prepare account reviews, forecasts, and sales performance reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (mandatory)
  • 5–8 years of sales/account management experience
  • Minimum 3 years handling OEM accounts in Off-road Vehicles, electric motors & Generators, Gearbox
  • Experience from Cement Industry / Power Industry also works
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
