About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain, and grow strategic OEM accounts in target industries
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales strategies to meet revenue and margin objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with OEM customers
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy
- Prepare account reviews, forecasts, and sales performance reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (mandatory)
- 5–8 years of sales/account management experience
- Minimum 3 years handling OEM accounts in Off-road Vehicles, electric motors & Generators, Gearbox
- Experience from Cement Industry / Power Industry also works
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
