About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning and optimization of production processes by applying technical skills.
Assist in the continuous improvement of operations across the value stream.
Analyze and optimize the production system.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IE master data (e.g., Routing, BOM, Workcenter).
Assist in cross-functional projects across the value stream related to process improvements, change management, and product launches.
Collect and analyze production KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement (e.g., OEE, TEEP).
Help perform product cost calculations.
Support the implementation of workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g., MTM, REFA).
Assist in capacity and investment planning activities.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of P-FMEA.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocationally trained in Technical 3 to 5 years OR Undergraduate Degree in Technical 3 to 5 years
