Sales Engineer – Industrial MRO
SchaefflerSales Engineer managing Schaeffler products sales & services through distributors in assigned areas. Provide technical support and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and sales growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement an area strategy with the aim of increasing overall Schaeffler products sales & services
- Provide up to date technical / engineering and service support to distributors and customers
- Deliver added value to the customer with an engineering-based sales approach
- Implement sales objectives and strategies for customers
- Support & develop partners to establish relationships with major end customers
- Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently
- Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers
- Provide response and solutions to any quality complaint, after-sales service to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- min. 7 years experiences (In Engineering/ Manufacturing Industry)
- Experiences & knowledge in heavy industries (Pulp & Paper, Cement, etc.)
- Knowledge on rotary and linear bearings, and basic knowledge in electrical direct drives
- Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record
- Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional
- Computer literacy and good communication in English is a must.
