E-Commerce, New Markets Professor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain teams to align on eCommerce strategies and operational needs.
- Marketplace Management: Oversee third-party marketplace activities (Amazon, Walmart, eBay), ensuring compliance with company policies and optimizing listing performance.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for eCommerce-related inquiries in the Americas region, promptly addressing operational challenges and customer concerns.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs to identify trends, detect issues, and recommend improvements.
- Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate workflows and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Support the creation of business cases and concepts for new eCommerce initiatives and process enhancements.
- Global Support: Provide expertise and assistance to other regions as needed for specific operational requirements or projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on marketplace experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or MercadoLibre)
- Prior experience in an eCommerce role whether in marketplace operations, digital retail, or online channel management is highly preferred.
