About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and digital advertising
- Manage and optimize regional digital platforms including social media channels and marketing automation tools
- Develop and localize digital marketing content in collaboration with sub-regional marketing teams
- Support the implementation of regional digital initiatives such as content calendars, social media strategies, and online campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve digital customer engagement and enhance the overall online presence of Schaeffler and its product brands in Asia Pacific
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze digital marketing KPIs including engagement, reach, leads and conversion rates
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and campaign performance data
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and digital partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities
- Support digital promotion of regional marketing initiatives including product launches, trade fairs, customer events, and training programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a regional or international B2B environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email campaigns
- Experience with digital analytics and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross functional and multicultural teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is considered as an advantage
- High level of creativity, initiative, and digital mindset with a passion for brand building and customer engagement
