Key responsibilities & impact

Processing assigned daily logistics and warehouse operations
Posting goods receipts (MIGOs) and verifying incoming deliveries
Reviewing documents for delivered items, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Reporting and resolving issues related to incorrect or incomplete deliveries
Planning and monitoring warehouse capacities in coordination with freight forwarders
Coordinating container arrangements, including advance notification to logistics partners
Evaluating on-time delivery performance (warehouse, freight forwarders, customer requirements)
Selecting appropriate forwarding agents (Schaeffler Corp/VLS) and preparing EU freight documents
Scheduling transportation for direct export shipments and transferring relevant export documents to freight forwarders
Implementing and coordinating specific customer requirements with warehouse, shipping, and customer service
Providing necessary export documentation
Planning and managing timings for express shipments
Reprinting supporting documents (such as delivery notes and packing lists from EWM/EP1), as required
Maintaining accurate master data, routes, and shipping schedules

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with proven relevant experience
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation
Good knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level)
Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
Knowledge of German is a plus
Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) for postings and document management
A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset
Good analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
