About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Achieve/overachieve sales objectives and implement strategies within defined region.
Pre-sales visit planning to create a clear objective of customer pain points and expectations.
Maximize quality customer face-to-face engagements with all departments of selected customers.
Maintain and further develop the relationship with customers.
Communicate the brand positioning of Schaeffler as a premium solution provider into the market.
Demonstrate a ‘HUNTER’ attitude and pro-actively promote and sell the entire range of bearing and service products.
Retrieve information from customers about development projects to request engineering support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Production, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
A minimum of three (3) years of proven track record in both Technical Sales and Service or Engineering Services.
Know-how of and experience in bearing technology and/or maintenance/equipment repair services background is a plus.
Background/Familiarization in relevant heavy manufacturing industries in SEA.
Previous exposure to new digitalization concepts.
Strong understanding of specifics in industrial OEM business and MRO business.
Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented hunter mindset.
Computer literacy is a must.
Outgoing, organized, proactive personality with can-do-attitude.
Strong communication skills at all organizational levels and good communication skill in English (written and oral).
