About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support for the Communications team within Schaeffler’s Bearings & Industrial Solutions (B&IS) division
- Research, conceptualization and production of content for internal and external communication channels
- Editorial preparation and audience‑appropriate communication of B&IS topics in the areas of Technology & Innovation, Operations and People
- Participation in team and department meetings and support for ongoing projects and initiatives
- Assistance with the planning, organization and execution of events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrollment in a degree program in journalism, specialist journalism, corporate communications or a related field
- Initial practical experience in corporate communications or journalism, for example through freelance work or internships, is an advantage
- Enjoyment of preparing and conveying content tailored to specific target groups
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Curiosity, openness and a strong team spirit
