Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the supply chain planning team to optimize cost efficiency and enhance delivery reliability of all materials and products.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned with the overarching supply chain strategy.
Drive the advancement and refinement of planning processes, methods, guidelines, and systems.
Ensure processes adhere to defined standards while consistently meeting targets.
Identify and rectify deviations or bottlenecks promptly.
Align supply chain activities with strategic business objectives both regionally and globally.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technical Field, or Supply Chain
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Planning, Warehousing and Logistics experience within a manufacturing plant environment
Successful history of managing and directing a team
Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems, with strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities
Self-motivated, driven, and assertive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impactful results
Excellent written & verbal communications skills
