HR Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the point of contact for managers and employees in all HR-related matters
- Manage and ensure high-quality HR operation services
- Offer specialized knowledge and advice on a wide range of HR topics
- Steer and execute all HR processes (e.g. Recruiting, Compensation planning, Employee Engagement)
- Implement the company's People Strategy and roll out HR systems and tools
- Act as active change agent supporting transformation processes
- Implement organizational development measures
- Proactively manage and mitigate legal and compliance risks to ensure organizational integrity
- Foster positive relationships among stakeholders and address potential conflicts constructively
- Support the global HR business partner in projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the industrial sector
- State-of-the-art HR knowledge
- Sound knowledge of labor law and experience with employee representatives
- Good MS Office skills
- SAP- and payroll knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
- German is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented thinking and working as well as structured working methods
