About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identification of suppliers on the Turkish market according to the SCHAEFFLER Group's needs;
Ensure preliminary communication with the selected local suppliers by sending the necessary documents (NDA, CoC) for further collaboration;
Issuing price quotation requests to the chosen suppliers;
Follow up on RFQ requests and address any clarification needs;
Collaborate with divisions, business units, and purchasing plants in Europe regarding the management of local suppliers;
Visit the suppliers together with colleagues from the divisions, business units, and subregion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
Min 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management (internship experience acceptable)
Basic understanding of RFQ processes, cost drivers, and supplier communication
Ability to Read and Interpret Basic Technical Drawings
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and platforms such as SupplyON is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good command of English (written & spoken)
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn international purchasing processes.
