About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support compliance with regulatory, customer-specific, and internal requirements in the area of OT (Operational Technology) security governance.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve OT risk management methodologies.
- Create and maintain governance documentation related to OT security.
- Ensure the maintenance of relevant OT security certifications and internal standards
- Drive the strategic development of the OT security organization through KPI-driven reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to push for clearer governance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree in computer science, a technical discipline, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Professional experience in IT security, OT security, or IT audit.
- Basic knowledge with common IT security tools.
- Knowledge of essential IT security standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0, and TISAX.
- Experience in developing and applying risk management methodologies.
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, negotiation ability, and a confident professional demeanor.
- Advanced level of English, German language skills are welcome.
