About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree or high school diploma, combined with relevant practical experience.
Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain-related activities.
Good understanding of customer service processes and logistics workflows.
Strong communication skills in English.
A structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
