About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support as a working student in the Compensation area with a focus on Equal Pay and Pay Transparency
- Preparation of various statistics and conducting research on assigned topics in Compensation
- Support in preparing communications to HR and managers on remuneration topics
- Participation in department meetings and contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives
- Creation of presentations and other documents relevant to management decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, analytical, and structured working style
