Key responsibilities & impact

Support as a working student in the Compensation area with a focus on Equal Pay and Pay Transparency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong numerical aptitude
Confident user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Independent, analytical, and structured working style
