Human Resources Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the digitalization of employee records by organizing, scanning, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files in internal systems.
- Assist in optimizing recruitment processes by updating candidate databases, tracking applications, and supporting process improvements through digital tools.
- Collaborate on HR digital projects aimed at improving data management, documentation workflows, and system efficiency.
- Coordinate employee events and engagement activities, including logistics planning, communication with participants, and follow-up documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality by maintaining compliance with data protection standards and internal HR policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for handling and digitalizing sensitive employee data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools or document management systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with candidates and internal collaborators.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with an interest in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
