About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and develop sales performance of assigned national distributor accounts;
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for Purchasing departments, focusing on pricing, volume discussions, and sales initiatives;
  • Drive top-line growth, product mix optimization, and market share expansion;
  • Identify and realize new business opportunities within existing accounts;
  • Prepare and follow up on sales offers, price discussions, and commercial proposals;
  • Execute key account sales plans in line with company targets and strategy;
  • Monitor sales KPIs, turnover, and customer performance; take proactive actions to exceed targets;
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Marketing) to ensure availability, promotions, and smooth execution;
  • Analyze customer data, sales trends, and market dynamics to support sales decisions;
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and increase sales loyalty.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in automotive spare parts/aftermarket
  • Hands-on experience working with distributors and purchasing organizations;
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, pricing logic, and volume-driven business models;
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
