Sales Promoter – Automotive Spare Parts
SchaefflerSales Promoter developing sales performance of assigned distributor accounts in automotive spare parts sector. Focused on driving growth and top-line performance while collaborating with internal teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and develop sales performance of assigned national distributor accounts;
- Act as the primary commercial contact for Purchasing departments, focusing on pricing, volume discussions, and sales initiatives;
- Drive top-line growth, product mix optimization, and market share expansion;
- Identify and realize new business opportunities within existing accounts;
- Prepare and follow up on sales offers, price discussions, and commercial proposals;
- Execute key account sales plans in line with company targets and strategy;
- Monitor sales KPIs, turnover, and customer performance; take proactive actions to exceed targets;
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Marketing) to ensure availability, promotions, and smooth execution;
- Analyze customer data, sales trends, and market dynamics to support sales decisions;
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and increase sales loyalty.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in automotive spare parts/aftermarket
- Hands-on experience working with distributors and purchasing organizations;
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, pricing logic, and volume-driven business models;
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
