Working Student HR – People Management Europe

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in the core HR Europe team on strategic, operational and administrative matters
- Independently prepare and consolidate HR reporting as well as perform data analyses and data preparation
- Assist in preparing decision materials for top management
- Take responsibility for and implement small HR projects independently, e.g., setting up internal communication channels and supporting various personnel development initiatives
- Work closely with regional business partners and support the servicing of top management across the employee lifecycle
- Support the Europe-wide personnel requisition process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable field, ideally with initial practical experience in HR or related areas
- Confident user of common MS Office applications such as Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Interest in continuously expanding digital/media skills, particularly in working with HR software solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Service-oriented and independent working style combined with strong reliability and very good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, team orientation, a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of taking responsibility for HR tasks
