Human Resources Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
- Coordinates and implements HR administrative processes and provides broad functional advice to assigned area of responsibility.
- Assist employees and managers with requests for information.
- Analyze and evaluate functional issues, select appropriate procedures and take decisions to solve them.
- Work closely with employees, providing functional advice on HR-related matters.
- Act as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools
- Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional handling of telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
- Minimum of one-year Human Resources experience with general knowledge of HR responsibilities and functions (preferred)
- Familiarity with Concur (preferred)
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
